Die Wohnung hat ein FRANKFURTER BAD ( Dusche ist Teil der Kueche und PRIVATE Toilette ist auf dem eigenen Hausflur aber AUSSERHALB der Wohnung, man geht aus der Haustüre auf dem eigenen Hausflur und gleichen Etage raus, 1 m weiter auf dem gleichen Hausflur befindet sich die private eigene Toilette. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr alten und historischen Haus, daher ist die Toilette ausserhalb der Wohnung, man nennt dies FRANKFURTER BAD. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen direkt neben dem Dom/Roemer. Internet, Wasser sind im Preis inklusive. Die Wohnung wird auf Zeit vermietet....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
